Skate Company Skating Club proudly presents its 51st Annual Spring Ice Show — Festival on Ice 2027!
Join us April 30–May 2, 2027,
for our 51st annual show!
Skate Company is proud to present its annual spring ice show, Festival on Ice 2027. The
show will take place April 30, May 1, and 2, 2027 and will feature skaters from the Skate Company
Skating Club’s Learn to Skate program, competitive skaters who are first and second club members of
the club, junior club members, and collegiate, alumni and parent skaters. Collegiate, alumni and parent
registrations are separate from this form. Skaters of all ages and levels are invited to participate in this
spectacular event that culminates the club’s skating season!

Ice Show Dates and Times
There are four performances that all participating skaters are required to skate in. The shows will be:
• Friday, April 30th: 7:00pm
• Saturday, May 1st: 1:00 & 7:00pm
• Sunday, May 2nd: 2:00pm
ALUMNI INFO
This year we will offer two alumni numbers: our all-levels alumni number and a high freestyle alumni
number.
The all-levels alumni number will skate to the song “Wheels in the Sky” by Journey. The registration fee for the all-levels alumni number is $40. This fee covers ice and coaching costs. Skaters will be required to wear black pants or leggings and will need to purchase matching t-shirts. Skaters who desire to gem their shirts are allowed to do so. Ordering information on the shirts will be emailed to all registrants. Registration for the all-levels alumni are due by Feb. 15, 2027.
Alumni wishing to participate in the high-level alumni number must be actively skating and
should be able to do a minimum of a flip jump, sit spin and camel spin, and must be able to skate with
good speed! The High freestyle alumni number will skate to the song E.T. by Katy Perry. The registration fee for the high freestyle alumni number is $90. This fee covers costume, ice and
coaching costs. Registration and measurements are needed by Dec. 15 for the high freestyle alumni
number.
Alumni Practice Dates and Times –To Be Announced Soon
-Two 1.5 hour practices will take place within two weeks of the show on a weekend. Additional
practices include:
-Sunday, April 25, 2027 – 2 nd half run-throughs @ 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. (full cast of 2 nd half)
-Tuesday, April 27, 2027 – 1 st half run-throughs @ 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. (High FS Alumni number)
-Wednesday, April 28, 2027 – 2 nd half run-throughs @ 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. (All-levels Alumni number)
-Thursday, April 29, 2027 – Full Show DRESS REHEARSAL @ 5:30 – 8:00 P.M.
PARENTS NUMBER
Parents/Grandparents/Guardians participating in this year’s show will be cast members in the number,
Swingin’ on a Star! They will help us bring to life the glamorous swing song by Frank Sinatra!
Parents/Grandparents/Guardians are asked to wear a solid white, long-sleeve, collared button up shirt
with solid black pants. They will be provided with bowties and fedora-type hats.
Registration links will be sent to all families. Registrations are due by Feb. 15, 2027.
The registration fee for this number is $40. This fee covers ice and coaching costs, bowtie and hat.
Skaters are responsible for providing the required shirt and pants. Parent/Grandparent/Guardian
skaters who are previous Skate Company figure skaters are also invited to participate in the alumni
number (registration is separate.)
Parent Practice Dates and Times
Parent on ice practices will be announced soon! Additional required practices will be held on:
-Sunday, April 25 –– 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.: Second half show run-through (no costumes). Parents will
run through their program one time during this practice….the rest of the time, parents are
helping with last minute details for setting up for the show!
-Wednesday, April 28 – Second half run through – 5:30 – 7:30 P.M.
-Thursday, April 29 – Full Show DRESS REHEARSAL @ 5:30 – 8:00 P.M.

DADS NUMBER
Dad’s participating in this year’s show will be cast members in the number, Major Tom. Dad’s will be
required to purchase a costume on Amazon. (Inflatable Astronaut Costume for Adults – Halloween
Blow Up Suit – Julie will email link to registrants!) Dads can also register for the parent number. The registration fee for this number is $40. This fee covers ice and coaching costs. Skaters are
responsible for purchasing their costume. Dads are also invited to participate in the parent number
(registration is separate.) Online registration is due by Feb. 15, 2027; registration links will be sent to all
Skate Company families.
